I decided it just meant "energetically" clearing things out, when the healer asked if I'd ever lost a child and said she was being told that my womb needed to be "cleared out" and it was like I had lost a child, then it got poked at and it was painful, and now I'm wondering if I should pay for an expensive womb massage like I used to do once in awhile back when I used to have cramps a lot more regularly. Although there is also self-womb massage.
