Maybe all the shoemakers and the shoes should start talking back?

Tori Amos: ‘I can’t play piano in flat shoes’

"Do you and your daughter, Natashya, ever swap clothes?

There was a time when we’d swap shoes and then one day she realised her feet had grown and she was a size bigger than me — she calls it her 'Cinderella’s sisters moment'. My niece Kelsey wears my shoes now."

~ Scarlett Russell

I don't know why so many rich people always have to do this kind of stuff, like make an extremely privileged person feel like Cinderella, or Cinderella's sister. It's like a weird mental state that I don't understand, and I don't want to.
