And he's been the first one to introduce me to a lot of really cool songs.

He's just not into cooking or dancing or yoga. And I used to live far away from him and he said he would go to a yoga class when I lived far away from him and he never did. And it's a big joke and sometimes it feels like that's how some people in some circles get status and power, is they say they're not going to do something, and everybody just smiles and laughs and says oh yeah, men aren't into that kind of thing, and I just can't accept that's the highest bar for men for the rest of my life. I'm sure it's very complicated and it could have something to do with having to work really hard in a society that caters more to other groups of people. I don't know exactly what it is, but it's just kind of ridiculous to accept that it is enough. It's also the opposite of life affirming, and too stifling. And it's very sad, and sometimes people don't get that things can be different unless they get to experience a new experience. On the other hand, I wouldn't want someone to force me to go on roller coasters because it feels like that's not good for me or my cortisol levels right now. I mean, I did like roller coasters more when I was younger, but I wouldn't want to go on a roller coaster now. So I understand that you have to be respectful. But I don't think it's disrespectful to think that yoga or cooking or dance is something that can be enjoyed with other people. I think those things are a lot safer for my body than roller coasters. But he would probably like to find people to go on roller coasters with. He probably would enjoy more roller coaster rides.
