What should you do if your body wants you to exercise in the morning but you want to stay inside?

I was wondering about that after seeing the video of the evening exercise - at - home routine where the woman lit candles and making exercise into more of a dark, soft, nurturing, self-care experience...

But now it's all bright, and it can't be dark, and it's also cold outside!

What should you do if your body wants to exercise indoors in the morning, and you don't want it to be so much like this:

Well, what if you want to do calisthenics along to a video that you still find funny? What's funny right now? I think this one is funny.

Why do I still think this is so funny?

Well, maybe sometimes this is how I wish my animus and my other animus would act if my inner 19-year-old ever ran into another VMI guy at a mixer who liked my peasant girl dress and said it reminded him of some of the stuff that he liked to see women wear, and yet, according to him, in the presence of the other military guys, he wouldn't wear his ancestral kilt. This was back in the 1990s.

I guess I still find that to be really funny.
