Making a note about important music.

Although it's not easy to use words, I think I will try to explain why the end of a certain song has helped me ever since I first listened to it.

I can say that a part of this piece has made me think of seeing a sunset on lake, and the reflections on the water. You can see the sunset both in the water and in the sky. Your senses are filled with the sight, and you begin to know how beautiful the threshold between daylight and darkness is.

But it's also about surviving intense emotional pain. So, it doesn't have to be about the beauty of the sunset. Maybe it could be about experiencing the cold and going through an interesting experience that is intensely painful. But something in the universe is going to help keep you warm enough to survive.

I can also imagine being by the lake during the day and enduring the cold along with a lot of emotional pain, but finding the fortitude to keep on going. There's so many different things that could be associated with this music.

I really do think that for me, this is one of the songs that has been like a gift or message from the universe. It can help people who are going through difficult times stay the course, even if it just means surviving for one more day.

It also makes me think of human suffering as being a part of nature. You're going to survive because nature is going to help you survive. Humans are here to grow, and it's not easy when we come here to experience life and deal with certain circumstances as we have blinders on. We have limitations and we get challenged, and some people really go through a lot, especially the sensitive people do.

Maybe it also feels like some kind of divinity is coming through the music. It gives me a holy feelings; it gives me something like Anne Frank's diary was miraculously saved for a reason feelings.

When you think of the things that you're afraid of, this is the type of music that can help someone like me have more courage. And it's a reminder that other people have gone through painful things too. Feeling alone can actually be a shared experience. Whether it's something you share with another person or a bird or a cloud in the sky, nature is a witness to it all.

Or, maybe it's that the music at end of the song draws me into a "liminal space."

Oh, so much possibility in the liminal space!

I feel like it's also probably a lot more than this. I was just trying to find some words from this era to explain how the music has been particularly helpful to me. It's not entirely possible to put into words. But I am glad the music is here for us.

Music is so great because it's going to last forever and continue to change meaning and speak to people in so many different ways. It's pretty amazing, honestly.
