Oh, please help us with moving forward and finding more helpful things and helpful people and helpful ways of being... Just accept this. Sometimes it's hard to move on, to heal from deep trauma. And that's just how it is. And maybe by accepting it's hard to move on, it will be like some ice is melting on account of feeling a little bit of acceptance, and then it can get a little bit less hard. Things will melt a little bit more, and then it will get a little easier.
