Oh I get it, you feel you need more alcohol to help you forget about all the labour that went into growing the fruit that other people needed to cultivate and harvest for you.
It's as if I don't understand the appeal of the self-absorption of some of the famous ones in this era in a way that's hard to communicate because some people don't want to see how it's also very limiting and damaging to be so self-serving, and there's so much around them that's working to keep them sheltered from other realities. I don't get that shelter, but I also don't even want it. I may want some kind of shelter, but that is not the kind of shelter I am seeking. It feels like that kind of shelter or filter is putting limits on their awareness and ability to perceive the world around them. It's limiting their abilities. They get rewarded for their role in keeping things smaller and more manageable for Patriarchal Systems. Shutting out and shutting down and getting praised for that behavior is part of an old pattern that they are repeating. But maybe I just need to look at something else, or somewhere else. Sometimes that would be a much better thing for me to do.

I feel like this life has taught me that some people who get accolades and prizes for their creations can still be very disappointingly irresponsible at taking any accountability for their own healing, and they behave in ways that are shady and dishonest. And it causes harm. The harm they do to themselves extends to how they treat others.

But for some reason, I really don't think I can watch that other film right now. I felt creeped out by the trailer. How much of the protagonist's identity revolves around having a wife and a baby? Sometimes I really do wonder if more people could get better at acknowledging there were times when they did enjoy advantages over others.
If we get more evolved, we could do this not so much as a self-shaming thing, but as a way to strive towards enjoying good humane qualities like honesty and truthfulness and compassion.
Our brains are wired very strangely sometimes, because of what went into them when we were in our formative years, and because the world was hard on our nerves. But perhaps we could still rewire our brains and some of our patterns. That could help us recognize that having compassion for others can be part of having compassion for self too.
It can be hard and painful to live this Earth experience sometimes. Physically, emotionally, and etcetra. It's actually kind of challenging sometimes to figure out what's going on, isn't it? Especially when there's a lot of adverse circumstances to deal with.
If you feel affected by certain segments of society, it feels like there's all these patterns around you that are trying to make it so you do not change too much. They want you to keep on going along with the same old patterns. A lot of people can't do that anymore, though.
Taking a little break from thinking about this right now. Maybe just time to regulate the nervous system a bit more.
Thinking that some people could do a little bit more deep thinking about their personal preferences and fashion choices as well.

In the dream I was in the backyard of a house and a whole bunch of people came in while I was sitting on the ground by myself. They were rude and bullying, like they wanted to have a party back there and they didn't care, and they definitely wanted to be mean, and they weren't going to leave. But then I started chewing on my lip. It was very fat and swollen. They watched me do that and they started to get horrified. In particular I remember a woman who was probably a mom but also a bully watching me chew on the lip with a horrified look on her face. I said, "Leave me alone!" and then I heard some other people coming into the house. I went inside, and they were all men. I was going to shove them into the backyard to show those people that they were now more people from inside of the house coming out to see what shenanigans they were up to. And then the bullies in the backyard actually left. I said, "They shouldn't have acted that way!"

old patterns that some who were adversely affected by patriarchal society were expected to follow.

The people in charge gaslight and manipulate and use tax payer money for nefarious purposes. They are acting like terrible infants and terrorists.
I am still so bothered by how some people almost seem too addicted to acting like the external is more important than what's going on internally.
I think there are many people who must have felt very neglected in their formative years, and so they trained themselves to act like external markers of success were more important than the internal state of health.
This is supposed to bring them what they were taught to value most, which could be a sense of importance or social acceptance or access to materialistic things, or a feeling of control.
But the neglect has been painful; the fear and disengagement and need to manipulate and alter the narrative is not a good coping mechanism.
Suffering because some people are acting like they are not as motivated to believe that the internal is as important as the external has been a learning experience.
When people are coereced into being more focused on the external to the point where they neglect the internal then people's health suffers, and this is sad. People deserve better.
I feel like I have a belief that gets activated about humans putting health and care first as a way for humanity to evolve more
People can expand their capacity to heal and feel better by putting health and healing first, and that is perhaps more important than creating anything.
Although sometimes creating things can be part of the healing process, and bring people a lot of joy.
But humans can go beyond acting like loveableness is connected to creative output.

I really think that if your society was more healing-oriented, you wouldn't have as many people joining the current corrupt iteration of ICE for whatever benefits they find appealing enough to make it worth their while.

Dear Lord, what is your opinion on patriarchal people with unhealed issues who never get any encouragement to heal their issues because they're really great at being very successful according to the cultural standards of this era just as they are. Asking on behalf of the multitudes.
Clearly, the world is filled with people who haven't gotten the therapy or help that they really need and they can be very successful but still need some extra help. I guess I will pray for people to find more of what helps and heals them. And I will endeavor to do more of the same for myself.
