That sounds cool. 🪷🌚🪷🌚🪷🌚🪷

Clearly, the world is filled with people who haven't gotten the therapy or help that they really need and they can be very successful but still need some extra help. I guess I will pray for people to find more of what helps and heals them. And I will endeavor to do more of the same for myself.

Everything changes all the time.

I did have some fun today. I still have duties to address medical things and communication things. So many duties. I think I will go for another yin yoga session.

Sure, she got to listen to something more relaxing later.

TANGERINE DREAM - "VANISHING BLUE"

PROPHETVberlinschule

https://youtube.com/watch?v=L3-kMSpHrJI&si=d3UREvaHZyFVcT_K

The radio's soundtrack to me remembering my dream on my way to a class was Tangerine Dream's "Vanishing Blue." In my dream, there was a wounded bird that I thought my stepfather was perhaps going to rescue, but instead he put it in a box with a bunch of packaging and plastic around it. The bird made a few sounds. I said, I don't think that's a good way of dealing with the bird, to suffocate it. I knew that he didn't think the bird was going to live, so this was about euthanasia. I said when I was little, my babysitter killed a baby bird really quickly by putting twigs on it and then she crushed it really quick with her shoe. I opened the box to take out the bird. Then he laughed and said, "I'm not as unempathetic as you think I am," and took the bird out of the box. I could see something was going on with the skull of the bird and I said "oh yeah, she's very sick," and liquid was seeping out from a crack in the head so I knew she was going to die. Then I was alone in some very dark water, and I couldn't see anything, so I thought I'd gone blind. But wait, no, my eyes were closed, and when I opened my eyes, the dream ended.

Why are you in my way? I asked a big truck being driven by a man though an alley before I manuovered off to the side to let him pass. I parked my car and went inside. The assignment was to make a picture of a bird and use stippling to show values. And it was important, the teacher said, to make sure there was a reflection of light in the eyes. Even if a photograph doesn't pick up the light, you should put that light in the eyes in your drawing. When she sees pictures in a museum of birds and there's no light in the eyes, she thinks they painted roadkill. The light in the eyes shows life.

But hmmm, sometimes the light does show up in the photograph too...

Shoulda looked at this one closer when a print of it was hanging in the house I lived in...

How do you know though? Is there something in particular that makes you stand out?

"But surely if I'm a white collar employee at a technology company, I'll look like I'm a much better person than an average ICE agent was when the future generations look back at us."

How can you possibly be content to devolve instead of evolve??

Kent State was bad, but at least the National Guard didn't go kidnap parents and little kids and put them into substandard living conditions, huh?

Money? Money? Money?

"ICE is nicer to the gang members than they are to the poor working people because they're more afraid of the gang members."

Figure out how to be less violent.

If your kids are making excuses for their schoolmates who joined ICE, I'm not impressed with the values you've instilled in them.

So gross!

I'll bet you anything some adjuncts who couldn't get tenure have joined ICE. I'll bet you anything. Maybe they can do the desk jobs?

But some of them might want to go out on the street. There's some very sadistic people in college environments.

Unfortunately, you've met people who would have joined the Nazis for the money and it's not very fun to know that.

Anyways, any of the tenured professors who felt like being particularly sadistic certainly role modeled survival strategies for their students who have decided to join ICE.

Maybe the next generation will have a more sophisticated and developed sense of ethics when it comes to how they treat their fellow human beings.

How could Jeffrey Epstein or numerous others exist without the rich (or wannabe rich) ladies coddling them for so many years?

The creation of concentration camps is just reminding me that I really would like to see some Rich Ladies (and wannabe rich ladies) not treat the raped poor girls like they are at the bottom of a dung heap for a change.

And I do so wish the changes would happen before more people of the "wrong background" (supposedly) get put into concentration camps.

I mean, how many of my former not so rich students are either ICE agents or in fear of being kidnapped by one of their own by now?

I say, do not accept employment with these rich people. They are far more inclined to rape nannies for one thing. And they show very little, if any, motivation to change their ways.

Also, I've had experience working with somebody who did work for rich people and she hated them so much. She definitely took it out on her students and other people under her, because she never, ever took it out on the rich people. Why would she if she was too busy coddling their children? That's what they paid her to do.

Help! It's another dehumanizing rich lady who sometimes is nicer to other dehumanizing rich ladies but they're mostly still pampering the dehumanizing rich men!

Look out! One of their daughters is about to follow in the footsteps of their misogynistic mother, along with whatever shallow dehumanizing boyfriends they've managed to acquire, who probably resemble their fathers.

Oh no, somebody who worked for the rich people is trying to climb her way up in the system, and you know whose on the bottom of the list with her, too.

Run, raped girls who aren't rich girls, run!

Quotable homage to migratory patterns!

Did you get an MRS degree?

Some husbands are less sexist and selfish and greedy and emotionally immature than the others. So you might want to take note of which ones are the better ones. Especially if you value what they're role modeling for kids. And that's both their kids and other people's kids. Other people's kids notice what he does too.

Anyway, you're living in a delusion, and you're wrong, if you're upholding a way of life that is terrible for humanity.

God does not love you better just because you have less empathy. That's just what an unwell violent Patriarchal Society makes you want to believe because Patriarchal Society needs as many people as possible to continue those behaviors and attitudes, or it will die! And now it is crumbling, so I think not as many people are being duped.

How silly of me!

I really thought you were going to want to change! I thought you would want to grow! I thought you would want to enjoy more compassion! It's good for your health. Do you not like eating vegetables?

I wonder which slave or servant's body will be waiting in the next lifetime?

"Here's a list of our slaves and servants. Its quite extensive. I trained my children not to care anything for them or about them, obviously. No one can remain adequately amenable to such a state of mind without killing off a requisite amount of empathy."

Perhaps there's even some who are making good changes right now.

Like maybe some of the rich moms and wealth-obsessed dads won't expect as many maidens to be sacrificed to uphold the statuses of their beastly friends and family.

Also, the Patriarchy should thank its servants and crumble now.

It's very disturbing to know so many maidens were sacrificed just so some shallow misogynistic daughters and sons could feel "above" them and uphold their dads' superior social status in an unwell patriarchal culture, but hopefully the next generations won't have such an addiction to the misogynistic mindsets and cocaine-like versions of power and success that the sick and vengeful Olden Days Patriarchy wanted them to believe in.

Gratitude about going to a new level for myself.

I am grateful to be allowed to have access to the more healing qualities of compassion, wisdom. peace, and mercy when it comes to healing from feeling deeply wounded by the insensitivity or ignorance of some people. And the courage to recognize the real bravery of others who can see more about what's going on with other human beings and they have shared compassion and wisdom and grace and mercy and are good examples for us to look up to in such a time when so many of us are being tested.

All right for different people having different talents at different times.

Man, I really don't want to do what some people are doing right now. I'm glad that they're doing it but I just never want to do it myself. At least not right now I don't. What a strange feeling it is to realize this. I guess I just have other things I need to be working on right now and that's going to take priority for me. God bless humanity.

"And the Walls Came Tumbling Down" - Wikipedia

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/And_the_Walls_Came_Tumbling_Down

Anyways, who would have known that King battered a woman he was having a relationship or other kind of interaction with in some of the final hours of his life?

Thumbs up for that.

I'm really glad Anne Frank's diary survived.

Stunned by the stupidity.

"Oh yeah, well, you just act like you want to murder women because you had a really terrible upbringing and you never f****** healed from it so take that sentence inside your little brain and think about it. You also have terrible taste in men. I'd rather die than replicate anything that you ever did. If you or any of the terrible men you've made excuses for went to a bar and got drunk with the guy who killed that woman in Minnesota, I  wouldn't be surprised, because I really feel like that's kind of your energy right now. I would have expected this immature behavior if you had been raised in an orphanage. Perhaps you're that way because you're channeling the worst ancestors out of some ancient survival strategy you inherited. I will never know."

I feel like they should wear a t-shirt that says something like this.

 "Time to murder women!"

Oh I say, that's actually rather brilliant, isn't it?

They get to make you feel like you got run over by a car and died and had to reincarnate, without that physical experience actually happening!

Perhaps they just don't know how to be any better than that, although it's hard to believe.

"How dare they be so prejudiced and insensitive?"

People are horrifying, but you have to find a silver lining or the trauma will kill you.

I will never be tempted to act as some people have acted, and that is something I'm pretty glad about. It doesn't really fix the trauma and the shock, so I will have to ask God for help with that.

I am here to be awakened!

"The Purpose of Life That 99% of People Miss"| Eckhart Tolle

https://youtube.com/watch?v=_LCZkOjo52c&si=cHgJi8Fhf55SMJg_

Lord, take this burden from my heart and transmute it.

People who have been making excuses for sexism and laughing it off and normalizing it are being far worse and more cruel than they needed to be to both children and grownups. But they want to do what they want to do. There is nothing I can do to stop them really. I can speak up and say something but they don't want to listen. They just like bullying people and they like following the patriarchal examples that others role-modeled for them and I'm sorry they can't see a better way. Maybe send someone their way to help them, if possible.

It's been another day of life on Earth.

It can be a challenge to not allow foolish people to ruin things. I can sit on the earth and feel grounded and know that people deserve better than violence. And human beings experience anger for good reasons but there's a difference between going outside and yelling, or you know getting anger out in a way that doesn't involve abusing other human beings. Also, I think self-defense is justified in some instances, for sure. It just depends on the situation. Men can be very violent towards women and there are self-defense classes specifically geared towards women. So how can you blame her if she has to strike back or what if she even kills the man who wants to rape or kill her?

'The Herbalism Community Is at War With Itself Over Abuse Allegations"

https://www.vice.com/en/article/the-herbalism-community-is-at-war-with-itself-over-abuse-allegations/

But claiming that you're justified to be violent because you're acting like Baba Yaga is not responsible when you are in the role of a teacher. The Earth is stronger than anyone's individual Baba Yaga story. I believe the Earth has grounding qualities and the grounding quality is telling me we don't need more violence. Abusive teachers are immature teachers. Anyways, that's how it feels to me right now. Try not to let other people's foolishness ruin things for you.

He's been horrible to others his whole life.

Next time you figure out an old "friend" of yours has joined ICE for the 💸

You can tell them your misogynistic, materialistic mom wants to have them over for dinner (just kidding, but seriously) you can ask them if it's true that ICE agents are still scared of the street gangs, so they're going after the low income, hard-working people, cuz they're easier to kidnap???

I'm halfway starting to wonder if some people who've gone silent recently might have already applied?

Who does that remind you of when they start joking about being rewarded for bullying and violence with a $30,000 bonus?

Does this sound like anybody else you ever knew?

Maybe the world can have a movie about her someday?

"In an oral history interview by Betsy Brinson in 2000, Governor Breathitt remembered:

Georgia Davis Powers was a great leader and a strong supporter of Dr. King and represented his views in Kentucky very effectively. She was later a member of the Kentucky State Senate, a very influential member from Louisville, and I would consider her one of the real heroes of the Civil Rights Movement in this state; and one of the most effective civil rights leaders in this state... She was effective in the Senate and in politics through the art of persuasion. She did not antagonize people. She was very strong in her positions, but she has a wonderful personality and people liked her. And she would get votes very effectively for the causes she believed in. She just was a vote getter and a great lobbyist and persistent, but a wonderful warm personality. Everybody was crazy about her.[15]"

"In her autobiography, I Shared the Dream: The Pride, Passion, and Politics of the First Black Woman Senator from Kentucky, Powers wrote that she had a personal relationship with Martin Luther King Jr. as a friend, trusted confidante, and lover.[4]: 145–162 [16] She also wrote that she was at the Lorraine Motel in Memphis when King was assassinated in 1968,[16] although some of King's other associates questioned her account.[17] In The Walls Came Tumbling Down: An Autobiography King's closest aide and best friend Ralph Abernathy, referred to her (not by name) when he detailed who King had spent the remainder of the night and early morning with in the Lorraine Motel before his death. Abernathy wrote also that "their relationship was a close one."[18]

Another inspiring civil rights icon to learn about.

"The book's revelations became the source of much controversy, as did Abernathy.[12][15] Jesse Jackson and other civil rights activists made a statement in October 1989—after the book's release—that the book was "slander" and that "brain surgery" must have altered Abernathy's perception.[12][15] Jackson, Andrew Young, and more than two dozen other prominent black leaders held a press conference at King's graveside to condemn Abernathy's allegations.[16] A review in the Chicago Tribune stated of the book: "Here is a man at pains to paint himself as closer than a brother to King: his confidant, alter-ego and most trusted adviser. And then he proves his closeness by betraying the confidence."[14] In 1995, the first Black woman state senator from Kentucky, Georgia Davis Powers, claimed in her autobiography that she had been a mistress of King and appeared to corroborate Abernathy's account by stating that she had spent part of the final night of his life with him."

📖👨🏻‍💻🍻

"That King was a frequent adulterer throughout much of his married life is relatively well-known. While the clash between the lofty values he espoused and his less-than-faithful behavior may be cause for critique, at the end of the day the marital understanding between King and his wife, Coretta Scott King, remained their business. Some commentators have offered the generous interpretation that his behavior was by no means unique to black ministers, especially those who were on the road as much as 250 days per year. Indeed, University of Pennsylvania professor Jonathan Zimmerman wrote in the Baltimore Sun last year that this was seen by some as an implicit reward of the position and authority it bestowed.

But physical conflict represents a crossing over the line to unacceptable behavior, no matter what the era.

King’s ally and confidant Abernathy is the source for this disturbing allegation. In his 1989 memoir, And The Walls Came Tumbling Down, Abernathy described a conflict with a woman on the last day of King’s life. King and the woman argued loudly about his dalliances with others before he “knocked her across the bed,”  Abernathy wrote, adding that the two “for a moment were in a full-blown fight, with King clearly winning.”

It’s important to note both that others who were there denied that the incident happened and Abernathy faced extensive criticism from others in the movement who considered his revelation of King’s infidelity, if not the alleged violence, an act of betrayal.  In a representative example, Pulitzer-prize winning columnist William Raspberry compared Abernathy to Judas and concluded his piece by writing that “Abernathy’s tales out of school didn’t diminish King; they diminished Abernathy.”

Still, Abernathy’s account is a source of concern. And taken together, these elements paint a disquieting portrait of this national icon.

And yet the picture is not quite as bleak as it might appear when one considers the capacity for growth through reflection and experience that King demonstrated throughout his career."

Normalize prioritizing taking care of yourself.

You have to learn that prioritizing taking care of yourself is normal. Some people were raised to think the opposite, that you're supposed to be a slave for your job and forget about your health. Children watched adults acting that way, and then they got a very bad impression, as if taking care of yourself was the wrong thing to do.

It's a particularly good idea to develop the skill of taking care of yourself / your body's health if your world or your society is collapsing, I think. However, you can be kinder and listen more to your body and not just judge it in really superficial ways, as you might have been encouraged to do in the past. Oh my gosh so much of that was really discouraged, wasn't it? Anyways, I thought it was.

People want to leave their nice views of the world undisturbed.

I'm going to try to get better at calmly reacting when I notice that I think certain adults are being childish and that it triggers me, like I don't think that the adults are being trustworthy enough, and it's like they don't listen, and little kids see things that they're still trying to shut out, and they're making children do the work that they should be doing. If I can get better at that, then maybe I will get better figuring out why some of the adults are still acting that way. But perhaps the first thing is just to take care of myself and not feel like I have to rely on adults to validate my opinion. I think that's what I was taught to do as a kid. That doesn't work when a lot of the adults aren't really functioning well.

Give thinking about things a chance / Giving me a chance to think about some things.

Never underestimate the inner child.

I saw a picture of a play area and it kind of made me happy. Why, if I don't have children? Well, maybe it pleased my inner child for some reason.

Sometimes your inner child can be a healer because your inner child can be a witness and see more than what others were ever socialized to see.

I'm sorry if I didn't listen to the wisdom of my inner child enough in this life. I will get better at doing that.

Patriarchal culture wants you to believe that some people are more important than others based on immigration status and wealth and color of skin and gender...

Figure out how you can stop acting like certain types of human beings are simply less important than others. This has been a terrible habit that became ingrained in many minds. But the patriarchal society is crumbling, and it's not going to be okay to go along with that belief system anymore in the future.

That's not real love.

Your tolerance of sexual violence does contribute to a culture of sexual violence. And it does make the psychological impacts worse for the victims of it. And your tolerance of sexual violence does not make it go away.

It's kind of hard to get sentimental about motherly love sometimes.

Patriarchal culture sets people up (including some parents) to be dangerously tolerant of certain types of violence.

So, when you know there are still a bunch of parents out there who got trained make excuses for rapists and rape culture and they can't seem to get motivated to address it, maybe because they're psychologically blocked, I think they're at the point where they could literally be a danger to others and themselves.

The psychological violence that comes along with physical assault is incredibly traumatizing. And the patriarchy has trained them to pretend violence is tolerable so they can fit in with cultural norms and  be really insensitive about violence, so much so that it actually becomes a safety issue.

If they still need to act like not caring about what happens to your kids or to you is normal, that makes you more unsafe, but it's also very bad for them, and it makes them more unsafe too. However, they want to feel socially accepted so that is where their delusion of safety lies.

The phrase "If you comply, you will not die" has reminded me...

On one hand, it might seem like it's too bad that nobody ever completely sees the anguish you go through and they only see a little representation based on whatever words or images or art or music you select. But on the other hand, maybe it's okay, because you have to move on, too.

Oh the glory of the mountainside where the birdies hop and the bunnies hide...

I picked up my library book and waved it around and said, "Maybe it does help to read about different times. Or maybe it's being in nature." One bunny ran into the bushes, and the other was still munching away, completely unfazed.

Father, Daddy, Husband, Brother, WHAT EVER

"Did I slay enough maidens for you today, Father?"

It almost makes me feel bad for her.

I'm sure a Victim of the Patriarchy like Ghislaine Maxwell had some clue as to the unpleasantness of not-so-consensual experiences. By the way, it's still fascinating that she's in jail, and none of the men are.

Ugh, the awful men in your family.

"I could never be friends with a raped poor girl, much less act like she's a real human being."

"Keeps him in the style to which he's become accustomed."

Rich women explain why so many of their dads think their rapes are superior to all the poor girls' rapes.

"So? He needs a lot of girls to get degraded so he can maintain his superior status."

"I just wondered how you're going to stop degrading them when you move abroad, but then you explained to me that you have no intention of changing your attitudes towards them."

Who cleans his house???

"My husband loves to degrade girls of lesser means, too. It's our family's tradition!"

Too much!

"So many rich women favored by unwell patriarchs really love degrading girls of lesser means, but at least they're not as bad to them as an infamous Hungarian noblewoman was, so good for them, huh?"

Okay, we'll change the channel.

"Rapists the sexist parents support so sensitive daughters can suffer more" can cut away to commercial break. "It's too bad they still seem to think they have to do that to their daughters, because I guess they're very emotionally immature and never grew up" might return though.

If you could be so much better for the other kids who are being persecuted right now...

Wouldn't that be a sign of healing and a higher self-esteem?

What's with the ugly, violent Italian guy wanting to colonize and oppress people?

Is Bovino, like, channeling Christopher Columbus, or something? And it's even worse to think that maybe Christopher Columbus is worse than Bovino and we were all taught to worship that person. Creepy as f***.

Too many have been trained by an untruthful paid sharky to not know how to treat girls and women with even a basic level of decency and respect.

Let's hope a lot of children can find ways to be really different from what the sexist, selfish, insensitive, lying, prejudiced older people around them role-modeled for the younger ones.

You would have thought that people who came up in a certain era would be different.

Rich baby boomers are something else, man. I don't know how any future generation will be able to match their self-absorption. Or why they seem to like sexual predators as much as they do. It's really hard to be what they seem to want people to be, which is, apparently, a rich but cruel sexual predator who wants to make everybody miserable and take away human rights. And they tell lies constantly. Being in an arrested stage of development feels very comfortable to many of them, and that has been made very clear.

A slight rearrangement of sentiments.

Not caring about how bad somebody is for other people's children affects how you treat your own children.

Going along with violence and sexism makes the world worse for you and your kid.

Parents who vote for sexual predators are not good parents.

Not a lie. But perhaps opinionated.

Parents who vote for sexual predators are not good parents. Going along with violence and sexism makes the world worse for you and your kid. Not caring about how bad somebody is for other people's children affects how you treat your own children.

America is at peak stupidity. Who can we thank for this splendid use of your tax dollars?

Wow! Way to go, tough guys! Are any of them dads?

Well, I think it's because you're repressed. See you later!

On the other hand, this is another experience.

Nobody wants your vision. Why not? What's wrong with it? We just don't want it. Why not? We just don't, okay. Can you explain why? No we can't, but we don't want it. Goodbye.

So anyway.

I think sometimes the problem with talented people is they're so good at what they do that everyone kind of becomes their follower and accommodates their vision.

Whoever's flying up there was a baby once, I suppose.
