It's just a tricky time, I guess.

So, in considering a scenario in which some people's family or friends have been kidnapped this Christmas... 

And part of the reason why those kidnappings are happening is because a bunch of people were trained to be insensitive to others and not think very much about the consequences of their actions...

Are we supposed to be insensitive about that?
