The good news is, you haven't been kidnapped, right? Some people have, and that's not okay.

People deserve to live in a safer country than this. This country has become very unsafe and we deserve better.

I feel like selfish and scared people on all sides should start getting a lot more clean and honest about how much they really have in common with each other. 

You could talk about how often you guys are stressed out and that's why sometimes you act more selfish. 

You could talk about how acting sexist feels more normal to you because that's what was role modeled for you when you were growing up. 

You could talk about why acting like materialistic stuff is more important than repeating tiresomely moralistic behaviors because you have felt oppressed by others in the past or even in the present.

You could admit you have addictive tendencies that are inherited, either from people you grew up with or the environment you grew up in. 

You could talk about how often you felt you had to make excuses for violence, just to survive in certain environments.
