No, you cannot automatically rely on the systems can you? So you will have to make your own way.

Sometimes I resent so much the incredible lack of support or care for some people by the systems, especially for people with certain sets of health problems, and I'm just almost spitting with anger about it. I'll just have to make peace with that, I guess, and find what else works, even if it's different.
