Treating girls and women badly does not make life better for other people, and repetitively damaging and discriminatory behavior patterns can be found in people from a wide variety of genders and backgrounds.
Acting like X types of girls and women who decided they could mold their attitudes and behavior to accommodate patriarchal imbalances just so they could fit in better with patriarchal society are "superior to" the "other" girls and women who can't do that is such an incredibly unhealthy pattern.
FUBAR comes to mind.
