Thank you, body, for a more peaceful day so far.

My day has been ginger and turmeric shot and celery juice and overnight oats and blueberries and zucchini flatbread with more of the chickpea flour and not so much of the gluten-free flour. And of course, water. And wow, I do think it's been making a good difference today.
