Some people clearly did not feel loved enough when they were growing up, and they were taught to repeat terrible behaviors, and they seem to have almost no values beyond some very shallow and selfish ones, and that is still not a good excuse for the way they have behaved, because their behavior makes life worse for other human beings on this planet.
