Imagine being born on Earth into a situation in which you're supposed to be smart, like work hard and get good grades at school. And yet, if some idea comes out of your mouth that bigger people don't like, you get smacked for having "a smart mouth."
And then when you're older, you're supposed to be smart enough to just keep your mouth shut and make other people feel comfortable and let racism and sexism flourish and thrive and let favoritism pamper some people and punish others. And you're supposed make excuses for all kinds of bad behaviors if the people who doing the bad behaviors have the most money, or if they're men.
How is that smart?
