Altruism dies for some people when they feel insecure.

I definitely hope some people are going to be a lot less selfish, less shallow, less sexist, less materialistic, and less racist, and also a lot more altruistic than what some of the older ones role-modeled for them, out of their own fear, or old habits, or who knows what other reasons they had for being that way.
