In a way that's extremely bad for children and human beings of all ages, Unwell Patriarchal Society preys on those who were trained to act like discrimination, racism and sexism is "normal."  They act like x types of human beings are worthless to them, and then make more  excuses for the self-centered, greedy ones who cater to the most abusive, dishonest, narcissistic people because they don't know how to expect better.
