I feel hot and sweaty. I've been coughing. It feels like it's time to cry. So many greedy people have been trained to prop up a very racist, sexist, selfish, unwell patriarchal paradigm, and it wears me down thinking about them. So many lies. So much dishonesty. So much that is not conducive to being healthy. It's sad.
