I have to find a lullaby to sing myself about this one.

I honestly need to release the parts that got traumatized by not only patriarchal men but patriarchal women who got trained to be materialistic bullies who act flaky and untrustworthy and worse to girls and women and people who think such behavior is normal. I don't know, maybe something happens in some people's brains when they change their last names. 😔

I feel sorry for my body. It needs to feel calmer and not feel so icky.
