I'm going to go ask my high status wife, "Hey, it's the 21st century, so why do you still think you have to degrade girls and women and people from other cultures in order to make a guy like me feel better about myself? Is that just some silly cold-hearted stuff that got in your head when you were attending those cult gatherings as a small child? Aw, you really didn't have to do that for me!"
