Some people are like lessons in what not to do or be.

People who have been acting all along like men and people with more property and money are more valuable than everyone else certainly don't need any DEI reforms to help them get along with the people who got convinced that being  selfish, uncaring jerks is their way to get through life. I know I don't want or need to be around their ways, which were inherited from those who were convinced to act so prejudiced against others in order to feel better about themselves.
