I feel guilty for staying home and taking care of myself. Nobody else is doing that to me, but I just internalized too many shame messages that I need to heal from.
And I also feel blessed. Blessed to be in the presence of a very good cat. Blessed to know good people. Blessed to be able to at least attempt to try to rest a little more this morning after waking up feeling horrible and experiencing sickness.
It's getting better. I have a nice cat at my feet.
