Moms who over-romanticize motherhood and who get tons of status out of it are like white men who over-romanticize white male heroes and get tons of status out of it. They discriminate against people who have had different life experiences. They discriminate against women who had fertility issues. They discriminate against moms who aren't as "mom" as they are, and they're just awful people to be around, basically.
