There must be a good way to be truthful and also recover my right to have real healing.

I must heal from the flu. Knowing that some people's parents were selfish and not especially trustworthy and they were too much in the pocket of the patriarchy and they made decisions that were harmful for themselves and other people and even for their own children as well is quite depressing, so I will pray to ask higher healing sources to help me move through that heavy knowledge, and please help me to go in a more healing direction, so I can relax and heal from the awful flu.
