I ache, and I hope I feel better tomorrow. I was feeling better and now I'm aching again. Dear Universe. Let's give my immune system and lymphatic system and white blood cells and all that good stuff some encouragement, please. Please don't let various and sundry stressors affect my health so poorly so much, please. I pray...for health. Amen.
