Today I reflected that when some of my feelings get filtered by a mindset which goes "I will be so grateful when certain people get a lot better at cultivating their own curiosity and developing a deeper capacity for empathy towards others on this planet, including those whose experiences have been different from their own," I may also have to remind myself to realize that's a preference of mine, but it might not ever happen with some people, and it's not a necessity for continuing to learn about living a life on Our Planet Earth.
