I want to talk to a real human being, and not get ignored, and explain my situation to them, and then see what they say. Therefore, I might still apply for (though perhaps not buy) the insurance I thought I was be able to get, before I read about all those obstacles to affordable healthcare coverage that are still in place in this country.
