I am considering several sources for what to be eating (the Abascal Way, the guy in the documentary about the Blue Zones, Medical Medium recipes, various internet recipes that I read and tweak), and wholesome foods may take longer to prepare but they are genuinely also more filling! No wonder so many people gain weight eating processed foods. It's as if the brain doesn't think it's getting enough nutrients from whatever's going in your mouth and keeps telling you to eat more...
