"This week’s return of women’s rights in Wisconsin also brought with it the return of protesters at Planned Parenthood here in Milwaukee and in Madison. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel covered it well. That mindset that it is acceptable to treat women this way is like some sort of horrible historic reenactment. I see nothing in this day and age where it’s acceptable to treat men this way. Nothing.
From the photos it seems these protests have also become some sort of date event for young Christian couples. I don’t get it. If a man on a date sees verbal assault and physical intimidation as an acceptable response to a woman doing something he doesn’t want her to do, where’s that going? Next to a photo of an armed Milwaukee Police officer at the event the Journal Sentinel noted: 'There were no physical confrontations at the clinic.'
