Will the culverts that were being fixed on Hwy 38 up to Big Bear help with the rains? Will there be vernal pools again at Santa Rosa Ecological Plateau (if it stays open?) What are some nice short hikes to waterfalls that aren't too far (it will still be hot after the storm!)
