Disappointed by the bigotry around her, the Grandma on that side of the family nonetheless felt forced to conform to patriarchal norms and to see that she had also needed to degrade girls and women just to fit in with some narcissistic people who picked up many selfish, greedy habits, including loads of sexism, and all of that is certainly a disappointment, but it was also a very common practice at that time; however, what's next for Poor Grandma?
