Sometimes their effects are not the same!
For example, many wealthy ppl would not like an ordinary person to traumatize a family member of theirs. But for some of them, if one of their friends does it to an ordinary person it's clearly a big joke to them, and something to be minimized!
ACTUALLY, sometimes this even includes when the wealthy person with most seniority puts down members of his own family, & then everyone acts like it's no big deal, because after all, unlike others, they will get a lot of benefits out of minimizing what has happened.
