Cooking Food Bank Chicken is more work!

A whole partially freezer-burned chicken was cooked and then turned into lots of shredded meat (day 1) and was simmered in the stock (stock was made overnight & shredded chicken was simmered in it with salt and cumin on day 2) and then some of it was made into "Mexican" chicken casserole with mole sauce (Day 3) and tonight it will become "Mexican" chicken macaroni & cheese...
