I absolutely need higher guidance help with healing now

I do know that. Most certainly I do, in order to get better and healthier and happier and hopefully thrive more in the future. An experience of an alarming twinge even after trying to fix something with a medical treatment will communicate that to me. So yes, I will be asking for more help. All the time. This is the time to ask for help and also to be grateful for help. This is the TIME for it.
