Higher Power Believes

We can heal. We can do it. We can make progress. We can love ourselves. Even including when we accidentally didn't, we can love ourselves. The ones who forgot deserve all the love and healing. We can ask higher healing energies to help us heal. We all have had different coping mechanisms. We can be forgiving and good to each other and ourselves. We can heal. We can get better. We can do beautiful healing work on Earth. We have help from higher sources.
