Well, a body has survived another day!

And it seems to be improving...and acquired a much fuller understanding of how good it is to feel appreciation and gratitude for getting back to better health.

That one can have a genuine appreciation of access to things like antibiotics and good sustenance, and be filled with gratitude at being allowed to feel like one's well-being is being restored, is almost an understatement.

What if you never knew when what how and why great changes could occur...

If a poor person suddenly inherited millions and an entire mountain, would that person appreciate those things? 

And also, I should not fail to mention a newfound appreciation of the "Palma Christi" castor oil pack. 

It really is kind of like a continual unfolding...
