Not being able to work because of illness is no easy picnic. Haven't felt well enough to go swimming even once this summer. If I can feel well enough to go out and look at a sunset or lie on a blanket in a park, that's an excursion. I managed an appointment with a nurse practitioner and got some tests and felt fine and then had hours of pain in my head and face when I got home. The physical and emotional overlap.
