A society which trains certain men to be more sexist than others, and then rewards them for it, until they seem to get an almost crack-cocaine -like addiction to enjoying approval for indulging in really unhealthy behaviors.
Both women and men find ways to make excuses for their immaturity, laugh about it, etcetra, but it is sad that certain men are rewarded for that stuff way more than the rest of the population.
Sometimes you can almost see why they have little motivation to change compared to others. They get rewarded for being sexist, and it has been that way for many years.
