Not a bad idea?

Maybe some of the Patriarchs with Big Wounds from Childhood which manifest in their inflexible, disrespectful, sexist, and stressful to be around behavior patterns could get therapy and also hang out with more people who either had better childhoods or worked through a lot of those issues and now have better outlooks on how society could be.
