It's unfortunate and unnecessary to know that's how they deal with their own deep insecurities.
Maybe those are exact types of millionaires (or their acolytes) who really should just stay away from the immigrants who pick their food. As well as lots of other kinds of people they probably wouldn't know how to treat respectfully.
