I had a dream, and I wonder, what if it's true?

It was about a young woman who is given a package of powder by an older woman who says to her if you take it, the baby will come away. Because there is desperation. She's going to quit her job ostensibly to take care of her mother, but actually she is going to lock herself away from society and take the powder and starve herself. The powder is supposed to be something to make hunger pangs go away.

That was clearly a very sad dream.
