When I had a physical pain recently, it was very real, brought up difficult emotions, and I gave in and cried, which seemed the best thing to do. I felt calmer and the physical pain lessened, and I remembered we all needed to watch My Life as a Dog a long time ago.

I had a similar physical pain several months ago so I tried a healing technique on myself that was about releasing fragments of energy. Later I found out a sick person passed away at around the same time I was trying to help myself. It's another example of a situation where it is best to process stuff however your body wants you to process it even if your way of doing so is different from most people you know would do it.
