Some really don't care how good they are

at making things worse for people who already have plenty to deal with health wise, financially, etecetra. 

Some have been so unhelpful, yet weirdly rewarded for being selfish and uncaring, and on purpose obstinate and unwilling to see the needless damage caused.

Who needs to emulate more of that right now?
