For a variety of reasons, some people have been very immature when it comes to acknowledging that they have treated sexual predators with more respect than they treated women who deserved much better...including better healthcare...
Why? Because they have been rewarded for doing so. And quite possibly they would've been penalized for doing the opposite.
Anyone of any age, from an infant to aged and about to croak within the next hour, who can teach us anything about how to reduce these highly unnecessary personality traits in ourselves is a gift for anyone who wants to reduce genocide and other gross things on the planet.
