Now I have heating pad and pain stuff and I took vitamins but part of me wonders what if some of these health issues tell me to protect myself by staying away from stressor to tend to my issues? To get more focused on good healing cause? Because why did I eat that trigger food at the worse time of the month again? What can I do to help the twinges on the left. What if I add in turkey tail mushroom...maybe I must apologize to my body and ask for forgiveness and more wisdom in the future...and love like like peaceful love that comes as a gift from higher healing places...
