Here is a book which mostly delighted me earlier this year.
"Garlic Is Life: A Memoir With Recipes" by Chester Aaron

However, one part of it made me feel betrayed. The author and the parents of a girl who supposedly suffered an assault by a "vampire" (which resulted in her getting pregnant) seemed to make light of the whole thing, and they hung up garlic to protect her from any future "vampire" encounters.
What did I read a few days ago?
"Teenage 'vampire' who tried to rape girl during Perth rampage is locked up"
