When you're trying to do something important, even just smaller-seeming things, like changing internal habits, can become the main task of the day. At first I seemed more or less fine to myself, but I am so very sorry I let anxiety get hold of me and I got a tooth injury and I cannot ignore that. I am at least learning. I did get nice positive energy from several strangers who were older women and younger men before I retreated from the outside world for the rest of the day. I hope this society learns a lot more about how to heal trauma in the next decade. That can help with healing the planet.
