Society is opening up more now

2 little brand new gym babies start using those machines.

xx: Oh look, someone's been using this. See that's too heavy for me but it might be alright for you. So you're supposed to do 8-12 reps 2 or 3 times,  and just 2 or 3 times a week. Did you know that?

xy: no

xx: Actually when I was younger I heard you're supposed to do 10-15 reps. So I am not sure what's better, so I just chose 10 yesterday. And for the first 2 exercises I did it 3 times, but for the others I just did it 2 times or 1 time. Because I am not used to it and my muscles got very tired. And I also stretched.

xy: I told you about that. Yesterday. 

xx: Yes you did tell me that, too, but you can't tell me everything! I have PCOS and I have read many more fitness articles than you, because you don't care, because you don't have something like that. See, that's how I get some benefit out of it.
