"Healthy humor"...that idea...it was a bit threatening when I talked about it with just a few people some years back (before 2010). Like, how could everyone ever come to a consensus about what's "healthy?" What if that joke helped two years ago, but not so much now? Well, I guess the idea hasn't gone away...
