you read about a character who is the type of guy who would play a tape of mewling pet noises outside of a girl's apartment to see if she'd come out until he heard the story that sex offenders might have tried it and then he stopped because he wasn't trying to be that, he just wanted to have a real conversation with someone who kept not wanting to (and of course that would be a good way to gain control over a situation he wanted to have more control over)
And include a body and biological process in there somewhere.
Maybe society should marry sad "Must've Been Love" types of songs to relationships with certain reproductive organizations' BS.
