a) If someone follows you just a little bit to see if they can talk to you but they leave when it turns out it is not time to talk yet, that is okay...that is much better.

b) If you get followed for days because some rejected man wanted to shove his ideas into you, and he expected you to act differently, and on top of that he attracts, frankly, immature women who cover for him, that is unhealthy and vile and destructive.
